Warm greetings in the name of the Lord!

Faith School of Theology is a special place – a place where God equips workers for full- time service. However, not all of the training the students receive takes place on our central Maine campus. Much of it occurs during the ten-day practical ministry experience afforded to our students each October and March. During Crusades, pastors are given the opportunity to get involved personally in the training process.

Students are sent in small groups to churches across the eastern United States and Canada. There, they sit under the instruction of pastors who have experienced the ministry and can guide the students into a deeper understanding of ministerial life and service. It is a time of practical experience for the students as pastors oversee them in a variety of ministries. In return, the church is blessed. As long as the strong emphasis on ministerial training is maintained, we have no objection if churches need the students to clean the church, paint, or help with other manual labor.

Each Crusade experience, participating pastors share some wonderful reports, and students came back with thrilling testimonies. Included on this site is a copy of these testimonies so that you can see for yourself!
