If you are interested in attending this Missions Boot Camp, please fill out the application below.  It is very important that you include your pastor's e-mail address.  Applications will be considered after both application and pastoral reference are received.  Application deadline is May 1.

PAYMENT
Non-refundable deposit of $150 must be paid by May 1.  Balance must be paid by July 15.  Payment can be made with most major credit/debit cards from the main Boot Camp page.  The payment process may require you to establish an account with our online store.  Payment may also be made by sending a check, made payable to F.S.T.  Send checks to: Faith School of Theology, Missions Boot Camp, 29 Main Rd., Charleston, ME 04422.
