If you have interest in reserving a booth for this conference, please fill out the following information, make the on-line payment, and submit the information.  Please submit your registration as soon as possible as booth spaces are limited and are provided on a first come, first serve basis.  Booth registration deadline is February 22.

Those reserving a booth will be able to set up their table as early as Thursday afternoon, February 28.  Set-up should be complete no later than 10 P.M.  Booths should be ready and manned by 8 A.M. on Friday morning, February 29.  Booths should not be dismantled any earlier than 1:30 P.M. on Saturday, March 1.

Booth space will be approximately 10'X8'.  Table and chairs can be provided at no additional cost.

Booth registration allows one person to attend conference workshops.  Additional booth reps should actually register for the conference by clicking here - Conference Registration
